The 313 series is a commuter train for the Nagoya and Shizuoka areas that was introduced in 1999. The 8000 series, which was introduced in 1999, was a three-car train that was mainly used on the Chuo Line "Central Liner" in the Nagoya area. It has now been transferred to the Shizuoka area and is mainly used on the Tokaido Line.
