Introducing the OS Engines Speed 91HZ-R 3D Helicopter Engine, designed specifically for thrilling 3D flights. Engineered with a cutting-edge DRS (Demand Regulator System), it ensures a consistent fuel supply, essential for the rapid attitude changes typical of 3D flying. Its advanced 61G carburettor features twin needles, allowing precise adjustments for idling/hovering and high-speed mixtures independently. Plus, you can enhance stability further by installing the BPS-1 cover plate mounting sensor when utilising the governor function with a Futaba gyro. With the governor function activated, your flights become even smoother and more controlled.
Features
- Lightweight, machined heat sink head
- Big-bore carburettors best-suited for the intended use (F3C or 3D)
- Best precision advanced exhaust cylinder timing (for F3C or 3D)
- Newly designed combustion chambers, shaped to match the big bore carburettors and advanced exhaust cylinder timing
- Lightweight, forged steel crankshaft counter weight to lower vibration for higher speeds
- Improved back plate shape, to accommodate Futaba's BPS-1 RPM Sensor and increase primary pressure for greater stability
- The cover plate has a cell to accept a sensor designed to install in the cover plate from Futaba GY701 / CGY750 Governor
Product Information
Intense 3D flight with instantaneous power and torque. To generate the desired power in all areas in response to such an ultimate pilot's request, the O.S. SPEED 91HZ-R 3D was created. The specially designed engine head is given a combustion chamber shape that corresponds to 30% nitro fuel, which is common in 3D flights, and of course, it is a machined head that boasts high heat dissipation. Combined with the body of the same colour, it creates a cool appearance with a full-body black anodized finish. The carburettor diameter has also been enlarged to the appropriate size to match the power of 3D flight, and the exhaust port shape of the cylinder has been changed to an optimized design that of course takes into account the output characteristics. In addition, while retaining the DRS equipment, which boasts a stable fuel supply that is not affected by drastic attitude changes, the crankshaft has been redesigned to further improve stability during overflight.
