To help you manoeuvre past rocks, logs, ledges and more, the Axial AX24 XC-1 Rock Crawler has flat chassis side plates with rock sliders helping you go where you want to!

Axial AX24 XC-1 RC Crawler

Mounted at a lay-back angle in the side plate chassis are longer, 51mm Coilover shocks which are a first for the AX24 platform. This allows for the increased articulation to ensure your wheels always maintain contact with the ground and your traction is maximized on uneven surfaces. Using a 4-link design the suspension geometry works in conjunction with the side plate chassis to reduce torque twist and axle steer while increasing articulation. There is a worm screw and worm gear set up in the front and rear axle housings to get power to the axles and create higher ground clearance on your Axial AX24 XC-1 Rock Crawler RTR. The combination of these components allows for dependable power delivery, and easier handling and enhances your ability to tackle rough terrain.

The unique 4-wheel steering system on your Axial AX24 XC-1 Rock Crawler allows you to tightly follow the line ‘from here to there’ by simply engaging the best steering mode for the terrain. The three transmitter-activated steering modes are – crab crawl, no rear tyre input, and mirrored rear tyre input. These steering modes enable you to customise your Axial AX24 XC-1 Rock Crawler’s capabilities to suit the terrain in front of you.

The pedigree of the Axial AX24 XC-1 Rock Crawler RTR dates back to 2007 when Axial first released their 1/10 scale AX10 platform and changed the RC crawling game forever. This new 1/24 scale pays homage to its past with a replica body and livery along with some 2.44” Rock Lizards tyres fitted to 1.0” Rockstar wheels to complete the nostalgic look.

There is also a new throttle port that allows you to bypass the ESC so if you purchase one aftermarket you can use it without needing to buy a new receiver.
