The Spektrum brushless power system on board the 1/8th scale ARRMA TLR Tuned TYPHON 4WD Race Buggy is 4S and 6S LiPo capable. With 4S you can hit the racetrack and be highly competitive. With the 6S LiPo installed you can tackle bashing environments and go large on the jumps. The driver-friendly design means less maintenance downtime with the brushless 2050Kv Firma motor mounted on a black-anodized aluminium sliding motor mount for easy access. Durability is also a priority with aluminium constructed 17mm wheel hexes and servo mount ensuring you have the strength to switch from racing to bashing.

The ARRMA TLR Tuned TYPHON 4WD Race Buggy has an array of high-end TLR tuned 7075-T6 aluminium upgrades to increase durability and strength including the steering rack, adjustable lower and upper suspension hangers, chassis plate, front and rear shock towers, and shock bodies. Also included are EXB (Extreme Bash) shock stand-offs, and machined tapered shock pistons to help you absorb bumps whether you’re tackling asphalt, dirt, or grass. With a heavy-duty drivetrain, the 1/8th scale ARRMA TLR Tuned TYPHON 4WD Race Buggy is strong enough to handle bashing and racing alike. With all-metal gearbox internals and diff outdrives plus steel driveshafts this RC buggy is close to indestructible. The wheel hubs are extra strong low-drag wheels that are fitted with dBoots EXABYTE race compound tyres giving you next-level grip on multiple terrains. 17mm industry standard hex fittings add strength and allow a wide range of tuning options as well as easy maintenance. For increased control and responsive handling at high speeds, there is a race-spec tunable rear wing that helps keep the rubber on the road.

The ergonomically designed SLT3 Spektrum transmitter allows for fatigue-free driving and the foam steering wheel gives the driver precise fingertip control. Set the throttle limits to 50 or 75% and once you are confident let it rip at 100% throttle! The SR315 3-channel Spektrum receiver is compatible with both DSMR and SLT protocols which offers a fast response rate and excellent range. To ensure your steering is at a race-ready level ARRMA have included an S652 Spektrum metal-geared digital servo with the ability to produce 265 oz-in of torque.
